OEM frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQs vary by instrument: 50 pcs for standard items, 100 pcs for custom tooling, 200 pcs for full OEM with branding and packaging.

Can I have my own logo engraved?

Yes. Laser engraving of your logo, catalog numbers, and size markings is standard on all OEM orders.

What documentation do you provide?

Certificate of Conformance, material test reports (steel grade, hardness), packing list, and ISO 13485-compliant documentation.

How long does production take?

Standard catalog items: 4–6 weeks. Custom specifications: 6–10 weeks. Sample orders: 2–3 weeks.

Do you support CE marking for EU markets?

We manufacture to ISO 13485 which supports CE marking pathways. We provide technical file documentation for your Notified Body submission.
